This role is highly cross-functional, collaborating closely with acquisition, retention, conversion, product and brand teams, to analyze and implement data-driven recommendations to improve outcomes for partner brands. Growth Marketing Associates get hands-on experience with strategizing, designing and implementing solutions for clients.

Video editor Trainee uses digital software to organize video and sound files into a final product. A video editor is required to possess both technical and creative abilities to be able to effectively create the vision clients have in mind. Individuals in this position usually have experience working with creative software and have a keen eye for creative digital design.

Videographer Trainee captures video to tell concise, visually pleasing stories. Operates video cameras, on location or in the studio. Create short promotional videos for the hiring company or for personal marketing purposes

Graphic designers Trainee use their artistic abilities to communicate ideas, inform consumers, and solve problems. From the layout of a website to large images seen on billboards, graphic designers create visual concepts by hand or by computer to help others interpret the world around them through color, texture, images, and symbols.

Gather data, design tests and help ensure that information is being properly recorded and assessed. They may participate in clean up and administrative duties as well. Conduct research, utilizing institution library, archives, and collections, and other sources of information, to collect, record, analyze, and evaluate facts. Discuss findings with other personnel to evaluate validity of findings.

Digital Marketing Executive job duties vary according to the industry. In general, they are responsible for assisting with tasks needed to keep a client project or campaign running smoothly. These tasks often include supporting the production of marketing materials; updating client-facing advertising pieces, reports and presentations; tracking projects and team activities; assisting with client communications and standardizing marketing materials.

Copywriter will be responsible for writing compelling marketing and promotional materials for a wide variety of products and services. These materials can range from product packaging and labels to brochures and blog posts to email copy. In addition, copywriters help define brand voice and ensure that all copy is consistent with this voice by writing, editing, and proofing materials.
