Refund Policy​

Due to the nature of the items being Services, unfortunately, we would not be able to offer you a refund except for certain exceptional cases.

Refunds (if applicable)

You would have to notify us by sending an email to hello@pibyx.com within 24 hours of the payment with the transaction details.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within seven working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@pibyx.com.

 

Additional Details

 

For more details regarding our Refund/Cancellation Policy, please to the Service Agreement/Final quotation relating to your specific work/contract as agreed at the time of final discussion.

Any refund amount would be subject to a deduction to the amount already spent to fulfill the agreed duties as per the contract.

For specific campaigns, please refer Refund/Cancellation Policy as mentioned on the payment/checkout page.

In any discrepancies, Terms of Service will supersede any other document or agreement signed between the parties.
